2 oz Akal Chai Rum

1 oz Rye Whiskey (Max prefers Knobb Creek)

1 oz D.O.M Benedictine

1 Block of Akal’s signature wood smoking block

1 Butane Torch



Combine Akal Chai Rum, Whiskey, and D.O.M Benedictine in a shaker

Add Ice

Stir for 12 - 13 seconds and set aside

Using the torch, smoke the Akal signature wood smoking block of your choice (Available here)

Place your snifter on top of the smoking wood block

Once the glass has filled with smoke, flip over the glass and strain in the contents of the shaker
