Chai Alexander

Ingredients

1.5 - 2oz Akal Chai Rum

1oz Tia Maria or Kahlua

1oz Cream

Angostura Bitters (or bitters of your choosing)

Ground Nutmeg

Instructions

Combine Chai Rum, Tia Maria, and Cream in a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously.

Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a dash of bitters and a pinch of nutmeg.
