Ingredients

2 oz Akal Chai Rum

1 oz Pineapple Jalapeño Shrub

Angostura Bitters

Tonic Watter

Ice

Instructions

Combine Akal Chai Rum, Pineapple Jalapeño Shrub, and a few dashes of bitters in a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously for a few seconds

Strain into a Collins glass with ice

Top glass off with tonic water
