Instructions

Blowtorch a plank of Akal Chai Rum signature untreated cedar, maple, or wild cherry wood until it smokes

Place double old fashion or snifter over the smoking wood

Turn glass down on tray trapping the smoke

leave for 30-45 seconds

Turn over

Add large block of ice

Add Chai Rum

Garnish with rind of orange
